We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful opportunities and creating a thoughtful, consistent hiring experience.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned business areas and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract qualified candidates, and support timely, well-informed hiring decisions.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively sourcing talent, managing multiple searches, and improving recruiting processes in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer development, and pre-employment activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, selection criteria, interview plans, compensation parameters, and hiring timelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, recruiting practices, and effective selection decisions.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, community partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring, specialized, and business-critical positions.
  • Conduct structured candidate screens and provide hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations.
  • Create accurate, engaging job postings that communicate the opportunity and ConnectPay’s employee value proposition.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional, and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Promote consistent, job-related, and equitable interviewing and candidate-evaluation practices.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, disposition reasons, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with the People Team on offer approvals, background checks, references, new-hire information, and the transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Track recruiting activity and metrics, including time to fill, candidate sources, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance.
  • Identify recruiting trends, process challenges, and opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support employment-branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, and other People Team projects.
  • Approximately 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple active searches and competing priorities.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience advising hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions through market knowledge and thoughtful candidate assessment.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to recruiting and selection.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Strong interviewing, written communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and market information to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential candidate and Company information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base compensation.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Equity eligibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs.
  • Paid time off and Company holidays.
  • A hybrid work environment that supports both collaboration and flexibility.
  • The opportunity to help shape recruiting practices within a growing organization.

Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000.
