POSITION OVERVIEW-Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team in Dallas. This position will play a key role in coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate communication, supporting interview processes, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple open positions and hiring teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely updates regarding interview scheduling and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruiters with candidate tracking, interview coordination, offer processes, and other recruiting-related administrative activities.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of candidate interviews, meetings, and recruiting events as needed.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure recruiting processes and timelines are effectively managed.
  • Follow up with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving forward.
  • Help maintain organized recruiting records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
  • Handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts or process issues and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a similar role.
  • Preferred experience working in manufacturing or commercial construction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other standard business systems.
  • Experience working with an ATS or recruiting technology platform preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
