The Role

At WellCare/Nurture, we believe great care starts with great hiring. As Therapist Recruiter, you'll lead the search for the OT, PT, and SLP talent that makes our therapy services possible, and you'll be the first impression clinicians get of what it's like to work with us. This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You'll also support recruiting for other roles across the organization as staffing needs arise, including administrative, clinical support, and operations positions.

We need someone who understands the therapy world and knows how competitive the market is for great clinicians right now. You'll build real relationships with candidates, not just fill requisitions.

This role includes evening and weekend availability for job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities outside standard business hours.

Job Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for OT, PT, SLP, and related clinical roles across WellCare and Nurture Home Health Pediatric Therapies
  • Support recruiting efforts for other open roles across the organization as needed, including administrative and operational positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, university partnerships, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership
  • Extend offers and negotiate terms within approved compensation ranges
  • Track candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics across multiple concurrent openings
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapy schools, clinical fieldwork coordinators, and professional associations
  • Represent us at job fairs and networking events, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Partner with HR on onboarding handoffs and credentialing timelines
  • Stay current on licensure requirements and compliance standards for clinicians in Colorado

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare or clinical recruiting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with OT, PT, or SLP roles and credentialing requirements a plus
  • Comfort managing recruiting for a variety of role types, not just one specialty
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with candidates
  • Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
