At Aristocrat, we create moments of joy for millions of players around the world. Behind every great game, product, and customer experience is phenomenal talent-and that is where you come in.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be both a hands-on recruiter and trusted advisor. You will lead a portfolio of approximately 15–25 roles, helping leaders define the talent they need, build practical hiring strategies, and make confident, high-quality decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to clarify role outcomes, target profiles, assessment plans, and hiring priorities before a search begins.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Build strong pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles through research, proactive outreach, and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Use the Talent Intelligence Layer- Draup market data combined with Metaview Research Mode-to turn market, competitor, skills, location, compensation, and candidate signals into actionable recommendations for hiring managers.
  • Apply talent intelligence to refine requirements, identify target talent pools, select sourcing channels, calibrate expectations, and address market constraints early. Bring relevant insights into workforce-planning and competitive-talent discussions.
  • Keep hiring processes moving with clear documentation, timely communication, strong candidate care, and effective partner management.
  • Use Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Metaview, Paradox, Textio, and Draup to build efficient, repeatable recruiting workflows while applying sound human judgment to assessment and hiring decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house experience in a global, sophisticated, or high-growth organization.
  • A consultative recruiter who can influence leaders, translate business needs into effective search strategies, and prioritize diverse responsibilities.
  • Strong sourcing and research capability, including Boolean search, web research, proactive outreach, and passive-candidate engagement.
  • Ability to interpret market and pipeline data, develop a clear point of view, and recommend practical next steps-not simply report information.
  • A highly organized, proactive, inclusive, and compliant approach to recruiting, with strong relationship-building skills across candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using recruiting technology to improve consistency, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Advantageous Experience

  • Experience with Draup, Metaview Research Mode, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Canditech, or HireRight is beneficial.
  • Experience recruiting in gaming, technology, media and entertainment, content distribution, or another fast paced global industry is also a plus.

Compensation Philosophy

We offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package designed to stay competitive in the market, support your wellbeing, and recognise your contribution to our success. Our approach is underpinned by a pay-for-performance belief in rewarding individual impact. Your specific compensation package will be determined by factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for annual bonuses and incentives, health and wellbeing benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, insurance coverage, and other local or statutory benefits.

Specific details about compensation and benefits for this position will be discussed during the recruitment process.
