While the role is primarily focused on team leadership and workload management, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also carry a select number of requisitions and remain hands-on in sourcing and recruiting cleared talent.

This is an opportunity to shape how a growing recruiting function operates in a fast-growth GovCon environment, supporting a wide range of government clients across the defense and intelligence communities.
