How you will make an impact

Strategy Development

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidates.

Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

Oversee the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates across various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking events.

Implement creative strategies to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Metrics and Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and monitor progress against goals.

Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.

What you will bring

Experience

  • 2-4 years' experience in high volume, full-cycle recruiting
  • 2-4 years' experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP Recruitment Management strongly preferred)
  • 3-5 years' leadership experience (preferred experience leading a team of recruiters)

Knowledge/Skills

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics, and best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and/or stakeholder management of professionals at varying levels.

ADA Specifications

  • Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
  • Requires ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
