- Coach and support the recruiting team, establishing clear expectations and encouraging collaboration and professional growth.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing challenges, guide hiring decisions, and strengthen interview and selection practices.
- Manage recruiting for leadership, specialized, and other priority positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies that include digital outreach, employee referrals, school partnerships, internships, and community relationships.
- Strengthen MRC’s employer brand through the careers website, social media, recruiting campaigns, and candidate communications.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools to support consistent, efficient hiring practices.
- Monitor recruiting results, including open positions, candidate engagement, and recruiting expenses, using findings to guide improvements.
- Manage recruiting budgets and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful follow-through.
- Support consistent hiring practices that align with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.
Why MRC?

Along the way, you’ll partner with leaders across our communities, support a dedicated recruiting team, and see the impact of your work in the people who care for and serve our residents.
What You’ll Bring
- Progressive recruiting experience, including leadership of a talent acquisition team or organization-wide recruiting function.
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, senior living, or another environment with diverse and ongoing staffing needs.
- The ability to balance long-term recruiting strategy with day-to-day hiring priorities.
