Oversee the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools to support consistent, efficient hiring practices.
Monitor recruiting results, including open positions, candidate engagement, and recruiting expenses, using findings to guide improvements.
Manage recruiting budgets and vendor relationships.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful follow-through.
Support consistent hiring practices that align with organizational policies and applicable employment requirements.
