Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Lexington, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: On-site 3–4 days per week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during a critical period of hiring activity. This role will play an important part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams — this will be the majority of the role.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, locations, directions, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  • Meet and greet candidates on-site and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support candidates with travel coordination and related arrangements when needed.
  • Assist the TA team with moving candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple interview schedules and changing priorities.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook and comfortable learning ATS and scheduling systems.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week and be on-site 3–4 days per week.
  • Prior Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordinator, HR, administrative, or scheduling experience preferred.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves coordination and logistics, is extremely detail-oriented, communicates well, and can keep multiple moving pieces organized without dropping the ball. A polished, professional presence and a strong focus on candidate experience are important.
