Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during a critical period of hiring activity. This role will play an important part in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams — this will be the majority of the role.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, locations, directions, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
Meet and greet candidates on-site and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support candidates with travel coordination and related arrangements when needed.
Assist the TA team with moving candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Comfortable managing multiple interview schedules and changing priorities.
Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook and comfortable learning ATS and scheduling systems.
Must be available to work 40 hours per week and be on-site 3–4 days per week.
Prior Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordinator, HR, administrative, or scheduling experience preferred.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves coordination and logistics, is extremely detail-oriented, communicates well, and can keep multiple moving pieces organized without dropping the ball. A polished, professional presence and a strong focus on candidate experience are important.
