Goodwill Kentucky is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional who can manage full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, strengthen talent pipelines, and help new team members start well. This role supports retail, non-retail, professional, priority, and difficult-to-fill hiring across Kentucky.

RECRUIT

Own searches from intake through offer and pre-employment steps.

CONNECT

Build pipelines through outreach, events, referrals, and community sources.

IMPROVE

Keep recruiting data accurate and support stronger TA and onboarding processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned retail, non-retail, and professional positions.
  • Consult with hiring managers on requirements, timelines, sourcing, interviews, selection considerations, and hiring risks.
  • Develop targeted sourcing plans and talent pipelines for high-priority, specialized, recurring, and difficult-to-fill openings.
  • Coordinate recruiting events and outreach, including logistics, lead tracking, candidate follow-up, and results reporting.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, dashboards, recurring reports, and recruiting data; identify trends, discrepancies, and risks.
  • Coordinate assigned onboarding and orientation activities, records, compliance tracking, reporting, and follow-up.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and developing sourcing pipelines through job boards, social media, direct outreach, events, referrals, and community resources.
  • Strong hiring-manager partnership, communication, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Comfort working in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and reporting skills are preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout Kentucky up to 40%, with reliable transportation, insurance, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and experience will be considered.
