Responsibilities
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
- Promote Bally's Chicago as an employer of choice through career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, colleges, universities, and community partnerships.
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
- Coordinate property tours, hiring events, and informational sessions to promote career opportunities at Bally's Chicago.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support onboarding, licensing, recruitment reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Compensation
- Target Salary Range: $80,000 annually

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other office equipment.
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, or move objects of varying weight.
- Must be able to work in both office and operational environments.
- May be required to travel and attend meetings, events, or other business-related activities.
- Work may involve exposure to varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and other environmental factors typical of the workplace.
- Schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.
Experience
Preferred
- Minimum three (2) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hospitality, gaming, entertainment, retail, or customer service recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Illinois Gaming Board licenses and credentials.
