SCHEDULE & CONTRACT

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
  • Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) experience to support talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced engineering and construction environment. The ideal candidate will a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing candidates for technical, engineering, construction, or project-based positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify qualified talent to support business and project objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and project timelines.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for engineering, construction, project management, and other EPC-related positions.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future project staffing needs.
  • Monitor recruiting progress and provide updates on candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and open requisitions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support timely, efficient hiring processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting for EPC, engineering, construction, industrial, or other technical environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days onsite in Dallas, TX.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, capital projects, or other complex project-based hiring.
  • Familiarity with technical and professional recruiting strategies and sourcing tools.
