Avista Senior Living is hiring two part-time Recruiters to join our Recruitment & Employee Services team. This role is a great fit for students who want real, hands-on experience in healthcare administration and HR while working around a class schedule.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen candidates for open positions across our senior living communities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting
- Partner with community leadership to understand staffing needs

What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in (or recently completed) a program in healthcare administration, human resources, business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Prior recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right candidate
