Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment process. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting recruiting initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to facilitate efficient and effective talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including virtual and in-person interviews.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks via First Advantage.
- Coordinate and Facilitate New Employee Orientation
- Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Coordinate hiring events and career fairs
Qualifications
- High School or GED Required
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Background Vendor required.
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
