Recruitment Coordinator

Rate: $20- $22/hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Full-Time

Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm

Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Hopewell is looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to its team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding support
  • Maintain an active applicant pipeline within the ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and candidate movement through the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support hiring decisions
  • Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure positions are actively managed and staffing needs are met
  • Develop sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume, entry-level, clinical, non-clinical, and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner with facility leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing priorities, workforce trends, and recruitment opportunities
  • Support workforce development initiatives, clinical placements, internships, and community partnerships
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, schools, colleges, and community outreach programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards while providing an exceptional candidate experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum experience requirement: 1 year of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; 2+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong recruiting, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage a high-volume applicant pipeline with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
