  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator, scheduling or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Must be able to keep data confidential
  • Experience with Outlook required
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Paylocity, and Jira ticketing system desired

What the job involves

  • PsiQuantum is looking for a highly organized, efficient, and ambitious Recruiting/HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced and agile recruiting team. The role will be a critical link to a successful candidate experience
  • You will be joining a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting team who strives for high quality, well organized, and personable recruiting success. This role will work cross-functionally with managers across PsiQuantum
  • Manage complex scheduling with all levels of stake holders including management team across the organization, ensuring candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle including scheduling, travel and food arrangements
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely follow-up so that all interviews are well-organized and confirmed
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function, such as documentation, tracking and maintaining applicant records
  • Organize and track recruiting-related correspondence; e.g., applications, forms, letters, offer letters, to include accuracy and data compliance, etc. via online tools such as Greenhouse
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
