What You’ll Achieve

  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule complex interviews involving multiple interviewers often across different time zones.
  • Seamlessly manage overlapping calendars to simplify the logistics of coordinating interviews with many participants.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from initial interview scheduling through onboarding.
  • Proactively manage all interview-related communications and updates with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Expertly handle and resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes, troubleshooting challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Utilize Jobvite, our ATS, to accurately manage candidate and interview data.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to identify, propose, and implement improvements to recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.

Provide essential onsite Facilities support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Experience coordinating for executive leadership and managing complex calendars is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex calendars, and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and exceptional follow-through on all commitments.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the agility to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling and protecting confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting (e.g., Semiconductor, Engineering) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at our Santa Clara office 2-3 days per week within a hybrid work model.
