About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator that will support the day-to-day execution and coordination of RNGD’s Talent Attraction function. Working closely with the Talent Attraction Manager and Recruitment Specialist, this role helps keep recruiting activity organized, responsive, and moving forward through interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing support, recruiting-system administration, and other assigned Talent Attraction activities. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Recruiting Coordinator serves as an important connection point between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams, and People Operations. This role helps to deliver professional positive candidate experience while ensuring schedules, recruiting information, documentation, and workflows remain accurate and timely. The Recruiting Coordinator will also gain exposure to candidate screening, sourcing, pipeline development, and assigned recruitment activities, providing an opportunity to build the knowledge, skills, and judgment needed for increased recruiting responsibility over time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Coordination and Process Support
  • - Support recruitment activities from approved requisition through candidate selection and transition to People Operations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, including scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up communication.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and follow up on outstanding interview feedback, scheduling needs, decisions, and action items.
  • Assist with application and resume review for assigned positions using established qualifications and screening criteria and conduct introductory candidate screens for designated positions using established processes and guidance.
  • Support candidate disposition and other recruiting workflow activities to keep searches moving efficiently.
  • Escalate delays, candidate concerns, or recruiting-process issues to the Recruitment Specialist or Talent Attraction Manager as appropriate.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Support
  • - Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, social media, and other approved sourcing channels.
  • Conduct targeted searches based on position requirements and direction provided by the Recruitment Specialist or Talent Attraction Manager.
  • Identify prospective candidates and support outreach efforts for active, recurring, and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future opportunities.
  • Support employee referral initiatives, sourcing campaigns, and other candidate-generation activities.
  • Assist with career fairs, networking events, community outreach, campus recruiting, and other Talent Attraction initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience and Communication
  • - Serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for candidates throughout assigned portions of the recruitment process by providing timely and accurate communication regarding interviews, scheduling, process expectations, and next steps.
  • Ensure candidates receive a responsive, organized, and respectful experience regardless of hiring outcome.

  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, consistency, and appropriate confidentiality in all candidate interactions.
  • Recruiting Systems, Data, and Process Administration
  • - Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, interview, disposition, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System and update candidate information promptly to ensure recruiting records remain complete and accurate.
  • Maintain interview schedules, recruiting trackers, templates, candidate-communication resources, and process documentation.
  • Monitor recruiting workflows for missing information, outstanding actions, or aging activity and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist with recruiting reports, metrics, audits, and routine data updates.
  • Support job-posting activities across approved recruiting platforms and ensure postings remain current and accurate.
  • Assist with maintaining Talent Attraction resources, standard operating procedures, and recruiting materials.
  • Identify recurring administrative or workflow challenges and share opportunities for process improvement with the Talent Attraction team.
  • Hiring Manager, Talent Attraction, and People Operations Partnership
  • - Provide responsive coordination support to hiring managers and interview teams throughout the recruiting process.
  • Communicate interview schedules, candidate updates, outstanding actions, and process requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Partner closely with the Recruitment Specialist and Talent Attraction Manager to execute recruiting priorities and maintain hiring momentum.
  • Coordinate with People Operations to support an organized handoff of selected candidates into offer, pre-employment, and onboarding processes.
  • Build productive working relationships across business functions, locations, and project teams.
  • Support special Talent Attraction projects, recruiting campaigns, and team initiatives as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • One to two years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, administrative, customer-service, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing, application review, or other high-volume coordination activities preferred.
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, professional services, or another fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, job boards, or candidate-sourcing platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple candidates, interviews, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a responsive and professional service approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records, documentation, and system information.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information.
  • Strong follow-through, reliability, accountability, and the ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, positions, candidate markets, and recruiting practices quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities and evolving business needs.
