  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Consistently follow up on interview feedback and hiring decisions to keep positions moving through the process.
  • Track recruiting metrics including applicant flow, interview activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and open requisitions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce hiring cycle times.
  • Assist with workforce planning activities and forecasting hiring needs.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies throughout the recruiting process.
  • Recommend creative recruiting strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
  • Manufacturing, skilled trades, warehouse, or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple open positions in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage deadlines.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.

  • Creative: Finds innovative ways to attract skilled talent in a competitive market.
  • Results-Oriented: Maintains focus on filling positions quickly without sacrificing quality.
