Position: Recruiter
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35,000 per year $250 per every 10 hires.
Start Date: October 12th
This in-office role supports Camden Logistics by finding and hiring dependable drivers and staff
for our client accounts. No travel and no weekend work — just consistent weekday hours in a
supportive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Keep hiring managers and clients informed on pipeline status and open positions
- Guide new hires through offers, paperwork, and onboarding
- Provide a professional, courteous experience to every candidate
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of recruiting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Willing to make regular phone calls to candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation to and from Tulsa, OK
