Apelah, Inc., a Mississippi-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate candidate to join its Specialized Foster Care team as a Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor. This full-time position will oversee Recruiter Trainer staff who assist in the selection and pre-service training of all foster family applicants. Some of the duties of the Recruiter/Trainer Supervisor include understanding recruitment and stakeholder requirements for licensure of foster homes and ensuring foster home compliance.
