We are currently looking for a Life Science Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support our expanding partnerships that help bring life-changing therapies to patients and improve, extend, and save lives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent for our Life Sciences programs, accelerating R&D pipelines and commercial launches.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to provide a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing technologies to optimize recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and reporting visibility.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO, corporate, or in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting for R&D, Clinical, and/or Commercial roles within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Life Sciences organizations.
  • Previous agency or third-party recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing talent attraction strategies through multiple channels, including social media, direct sourcing, professional associations, networking events, alumni networks, and specialized career sites.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and other ATS platforms preferred.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40-$50/hr. but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
