We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and community-minded part time Recruiter to join our team.
Duties
Recruit for all positions throughout the company using social media, online job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
Serve as a positive ambassador for Willow Run Foods within the community.
Attend career fairs, networking events, school functions, and workforce development programs.
Build relationships with local schools, BOCES programs, Departments of Labor, driving schools, and community organizations.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain recruiting records and assist with hiring-related administrative duties.
Other duties as assigned

Pay
$20.00 per hour + Weekly Incentive Opportunities
Mileage reimbursement for all travel
