Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (tenured recruiting experience in lieu of education considered)
- Knowledge of ABA therapy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Ability to recognize the qualities of a strong candidate for our BCBA, BCaBA and RBT positions across multiple states
- Knowledge of Google and G Suite applications and comfortable performing several virtual interviews daily.
- Experience using recruiting software, especially JazzHR, sourcing websites and social media platforms
- Must have reliable internet connection
- Reliable transportation and the scheduling flexibility to attend career fairs in and around MD, WV and PA
- Previous recruiting experience is required
