We're looking for a Recruiter to run high-volume hiring across our East Coast markets, with a primary focus on Florida and Alabama. Above all, this role is a partner to our local teams: the market leaders who need housekeepers, maintenance techs, and guest-facing staff on the ground, and who count on recruiting to move at their pace. You'll work alongside them and with HR leadership to attract, source, and hire for both operational and corporate positions.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Serve as the recruiting partner to our local market teams, translating what's happening on the ground into hiring plans that actually staff the region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity within ADP Recruiting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage
- Coordinate offer letters and support onboarding handoffs to HR
- Maintain compliance with state and federal employment regulations during the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring trends
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience
- Experience in managing high volume hiring environment, preferably in a start up
- Recent knowledge of ADP Workforce Now ATS
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manager multiple open roles across different locations and departments
- experience recruiting for hospitality industry or short term rental, preferred

Salary range
$65-000 – $68,000 annually, commensurate with experience
