We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Recruiter to support strategic hiring initiatives across a growing portfolio of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Digital Transformation projects.
This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting role. We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who can act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, develop targeted talent strategies, and successfully recruit highly sought-after technical talent in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Data & AI-related positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring objectives and talent needs
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-find technical talent
- Build and maintain pipelines of AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and related professionals
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance to stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting for Data, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, or other highly technical positions
- Experience working within a consulting firm, technology company, or similarly complex professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Data Platforms, or AI Strategy functions
- Background supporting hiring within organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Google, Meta, Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, or similar environments
- Experience partnering with leadership teams during periods of growth or transformation
- Prior experience serving as a strategic talent advisor rather than solely executing recruitment transactions
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiter with strong executive presence, deep knowledge of the Data & AI talent landscape, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition. They understand how to assess technical talent, partner with hiring managers, and drive hiring outcomes in competitive markets.
