What is the Position?

PartsBadger is seeking a Recruiter to find and hire the people who will help us grow. You will own the full recruiting cycle — from understanding what a hiring manager needs to making the offer and welcoming new team members through the door.

You will partner with every department — from Operations to Sales to Finance and everything in between — to attract skilled candidates who fit our do-whatever-it-takes culture. This position reports to the VP of Finance, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Sr. HR Generalist.

Work Environment

PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. We are ITAR registered and hold AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 certifications. Our 15,000 sq. ft. facility blends office and production space. We offer fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, free daily lunches, and a 5-hole disc golf course. We continue to develop our space for idea generation and collaborative work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Day to Day

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles across the company
  • Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and our careers page
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Extend offers and coordinate background checks and new-hire paperwork
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and interview plans
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep candidates informed at every step
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health
  • Hand off new hires to HR for onboarding and coordinate with IT and the hiring department
  • Build talent pipelines and manage other recruiting vendors
  • Grow PartsBadger's employer brand through job fairs, schools, and community partnerships
  • Recommend improvements to the hiring process and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple openings at once
  • Professional, personable, and able to build relationships quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, or engineering roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
  • Experience with employer branding or campus recruiting
