SUMMARY

At Alabama Goodwill Industries, our Mission is to help change lives through the power of work. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Talent Operations, the Talent Operations Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for an assigned geographic territory, including team member and leadership positions.

The Recruiter partners with Store Leadership, District Managers, and Directors to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and hiring, complete pre-employment requirements, and transition new hires into the first-day onboarding process. The Recruiter exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, provides a positive candidate experience, and follows AGI recruitment policies and procedures. Following the first-day onboarding handoff, ongoing employee responsibility transitions to Store Leadership.
