What You'll Do
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and internal logistics
Post job openings and help manage candidate pipelines
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of administrative or recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and grow in operations and HR
- Spanish Speaking preferred
Compensation
$55,000 – $60,000 annually
