Great agencies are built by great people, and great people don't show up by accident.
At Mindgruve, every hire has the potential to sharpen our thinking, elevate our work, strengthen our teams, and create better outcomes for our clients. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who sees recruiting as more than filling roles: it's about finding the builders, problem-solvers, curious minds, and future leaders who will help shape what Mindgruve becomes next.

At the center of the role is one simple expectation - raise the bar with every hire. You'll be a steward of the Mindgruve Hiring Standard, helping us look beyond impressive résumés to identify people with the capability, character, curiosity, trajectory, and drive to make our teams and our clients better.

- Provide regular updates and training to the HR team on best practices in recruiting and current trends to stay competitive, while retaining and attracting the right talent.
- Challenge legacy processes, experiment with new approaches, and continuously improve how Mindgruve finds, evaluates, and hires talent globally.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
