Consider before submitting an application
This position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the entire Winter/Spring 2027 term (i.e., through April/May) or into early Summer 2027, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Recruiting Coordinators are recognized as experts in organization and adaptability, who are dedicated to ensuring all candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Tesla. This position supports scheduling a high volume of interviews for a variety of business units across North America and facilitating onsite candidates at Tesla's sites in Palo Alto. The most successful Coordinators are those who can efficiently navigate last-minute changes and a high volume of requests, while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience to all partners and candidates.

What You'll Do
- Play a crucial role within a fast-paced Recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travel
- Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, exceptional customer service, and high-quality work
- Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvements and other projects that benefit the broader Coordination team
- Ensure data integrity by consistently updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Able to work 40+ hours a week
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
- Proven experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience
- Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Understanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type
