Description

The Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter will be accountable for providing administrative support to the HR Director through coordinating and conducting administrative tasks and duties and handling and receiving information as assigned. Assist in the recruitment needs of Northwest by attending career days, job fairs, keeping up to date job postings, etc. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma
3+ years of relevant experience is required.
Current/Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.

Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hours a week: Monday-Friday, 4 or 5 hours each day between the hours of 8:00a-4:00p. The hours between 8:00a-4:00p are flexible and will be discussed further at the interview.
