- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, managing applicant communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking systems.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparation of materials, orientation scheduling, and follow-up support.
- Participate in outreach events, job fairs, and community engagement activities to promote the organization.
- Participate in the facilitation of employee engagement activities.
- Partner with the HR Manager to strengthen workforce development, employee engagement, and community relations.
- Provide administrative support to maintain accurate and organized records related to recruiting, training, attendance tracking and employee development.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, calendar management, and internal communications.
- Assist HR Manager with HR Projects.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Experience
Preferred
- 2 year(s): Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or recruiting support
Education
Required
- High School or GED or better
Licenses & Certifications

- SHRM-CP
