Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming HR related calls, gather information and distribute to the correct point of contact
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for high volume, seasonal recruiting efforts
- Manage the end-to-end employment eligibility process including, conduct background checks, pre-employment screening, and onboarding process
- Attend career fairs and community events to represent McNamara Companies and attract talent
- Maintain and file applicant records including interview guides and new hire paperwork to support affirmative action obligations
- Organize employee programs including referral bonus program, charitable contributions, and outreach events
- Administer employee recognition programs including milestones and family welcome gifts
- Maintain and administer company events including select company meals and holiday party
- Order and maintain company merchandise for new hires, community events, and business cards
- Manage company store relationship for ease of use
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field
- Exceptional interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution skills and ability to remain open to others’ ideas and willingness to try new approaches
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Ability to uphold confidentiality standards
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable with multiple demands and changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This position offers a starting range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year with a bonus potential of up to $10,000 depending on experience.
