Key Responsibilities

Field incoming HR related calls, gather information and distribute to the correct point of contact
Manage full cycle recruiting process for high volume, seasonal recruiting efforts
Manage the end-to-end employment eligibility process including, conduct background checks, pre-employment screening, and onboarding process
Attend career fairs and community events to represent McNamara Companies and attract talent
Maintain and file applicant records including interview guides and new hire paperwork to support affirmative action obligations
Organize employee programs including referral bonus program, charitable contributions, and outreach events
Administer employee recognition programs including milestones and family welcome gifts
Maintain and administer company events including select company meals and holiday party
Order and maintain company merchandise for new hires, community events, and business cards
Manage company store relationship for ease of use
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related field
Exceptional interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution skills and ability to remain open to others’ ideas and willingness to try new approaches
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
Ability to uphold confidentiality standards
Ability to be flexible and adaptable with multiple demands and changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This position offers a starting range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year with a bonus potential of up to $10,000 depending on experience.
