Description

Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, client service representatives, and administrative staff
  • Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, bar associations, and professional networks
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting records
  • Facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities

Benefits & HR Administration

  • Coordinate new hire benefit enrollments and qualifying life event changes.
  • Conduct benefits orientations for new employees.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions.

Preferred Skills

  • Relationship builder with strong networking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1 – 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting professional, legal, or corporate positions preferred
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
