The position will involve all HR functions, such as strategies, systems, and procedures, with opportunities to creatively achieve department objectives. Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record to successfully to carry key HR duties such as:

Recruiting Expertise: Finding, hiring, and onboarding top-tier employees.
Compensation & Benefits: Handling payroll, PTO, insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans.
Monitoring Attendance: Tracking and reporting time and attendance and enforcing related internal policies.
Performance Management: Ensuring reviews are performed and accompanying documentation is completed and processed.
Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining company culture.
Compliance & Safety: Enforcing labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety.
HR Data & Analytics: Tracking and recording HR statistics and metrics.
