Responsibilities
- Be the talent magnet! Source and recruit top-notch homecare professionals through creative and diverse channels.
- Lead engaging interviews, carefully screen candidates, and manage HR documents like a pro.
- Team up with our management crew to understand staffing needs and craft innovative recruitment strategies.
- Keep an active pipeline of fantastic candidates ready to jump into open positions with enthusiasm.
- Make sure every step you take follows company policies and stays compliant with regulations.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and referral partners that make our community stronger.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in healthcare or homecare — but if you’re a quick learner, we want to hear from you!
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that bring people together.
- Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.
- Self-driven and a team player — you shine both solo and in collaboration.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a big plus.
