Responsibilities

Be the talent magnet! Source and recruit top-notch homecare professionals through creative and diverse channels.
Lead engaging interviews, carefully screen candidates, and manage HR documents like a pro.
Team up with our management crew to understand staffing needs and craft innovative recruitment strategies.
Keep an active pipeline of fantastic candidates ready to jump into open positions with enthusiasm.
Make sure every step you take follows company policies and stays compliant with regulations.
Build lasting relationships with candidates and referral partners that make our community stronger.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in healthcare or homecare — but if you’re a quick learner, we want to hear from you!
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that bring people together.
Detail-oriented with organizational abilities.
Self-driven and a team player — you shine both solo and in collaboration.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a big plus.
