Independence Home Health LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiting & Retention Specialist to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, recruiting talented team members, and helping us build a strong workforce dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.
✨ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of proven recruiting experience, including experience sourcing candidates
- Experience recruiting within a home health, home care, or community-based environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and professional levels
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed to communicate with candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media marketing experience
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Ability to develop the appropriate voice and content for each social media platform
- Proven ability to build and engage social media communities
- Experience managing and overseeing social media content
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Experience working with Microsoft Word
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage an annual employee recruitment and retention plan
- Assist with planning recruitment needs and retention-based activities and programs
- Assist with developing and managing the departmental recruitment budget
- Foster strong professional relationships with prospective employees
- Assist new hires with the proper entry and completion of employment information
- Support recruiting efforts through social media and other recruitment strategies
- Help create a positive employee experience from recruitment through onboarding
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve recruiting and retention processes
