Independence Home Health LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiting & Retention Specialist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, recruiting talented team members, and helping us build a strong workforce dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.

✨ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of proven recruiting experience, including experience sourcing candidates
Experience recruiting within a home health, home care, or community-based environment
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and professional levels
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed to communicate with candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Social media marketing experience
Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
Ability to develop the appropriate voice and content for each social media platform
Proven ability to build and engage social media communities
Experience managing and overseeing social media content
Experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Experience working with Microsoft Word

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage an annual employee recruitment and retention plan
Assist with planning recruitment needs and retention-based activities and programs
Assist with developing and managing the departmental recruitment budget
Foster strong professional relationships with prospective employees
Assist new hires with the proper entry and completion of employment information
Support recruiting efforts through social media and other recruitment strategies
Help create a positive employee experience from recruitment through onboarding
Continuously look for opportunities to improve recruiting and retention processes
