At CMC, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups to lead searches for nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape strategies that strengthen teams, improve patient outcomes, and advance organizational performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities at CMC will include
- Building and managing a client portfolio through consultative business development
- Scoping roles and managing the recruiting process from beginning to end
- Researching markets and sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting structured interviews and presenting candidate shortlists
- Advising clients and candidates on compensation and offers
- Supporting smooth offer acceptances and transitions
- Maintaining detailed and accurate pipeline tracking in our CRM
