At CMC, you will partner with hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory groups to lead searches for nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers. You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape strategies that strengthen teams, improve patient outcomes, and advance organizational performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities at CMC will include

Building and managing a client portfolio through consultative business development
Scoping roles and managing the recruiting process from beginning to end
Researching markets and sourcing and screening candidates
Conducting structured interviews and presenting candidate shortlists
Advising clients and candidates on compensation and offers
Supporting smooth offer acceptances and transitions
Maintaining detailed and accurate pipeline tracking in our CRM

We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to begin or grow a career in sales. Successful candidates will be:

Persuasive, data-informed, and highly organized
Excellent listeners and confident presenters
Skilled in communication and negotiation
Energized by working onsite with a collaborative team and clients
