The Field Talent Acquisition Partner is a field leadership recruiter for our facilities, services and retail operations, leading full-cycle recruiting for multi-site leaders such as district, area, and regional managers across the US. Working closely with HR and operations leaders, you'll build targeted sourcing strategies aligned to business goals and attract high-caliber talent who reflect our culture and values, often in a high-volume hiring environment. You'll also be a hands-on power user of our ATS (Paradox), keeping recruiting data accurate and processes running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and pipeline building

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for field leadership roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage job distributions through the ATS and integrated job boards.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Present a diverse slate of qualified candidates and apply inclusive sourcing strategies.

Candidate evaluation and experience

  • Conduct screening and qualification interviews, delivering a strong, well-vetted candidate pool to hiring managers.
  • Assess candidates' skills, behaviors, and cultural fit, using market knowledge and business acumen to inform hiring recommendations.
  • Represent the company to candidates by clearly communicating our strategy, capabilities, culture, and value proposition.
  • Deliver a smooth, timely, and engaging candidate experience at every stage.

Hiring manager partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling so candidates and hiring managers connect quickly.
  • Prepare and extend offers and manage offer negotiations within established company policies.

Compliance, data, and performance

  • Ensure the recruiting process complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
  • Meet defined performance metrics, including quality of hire, time-to-fill, and number of filled requisitions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting field or multi-site leadership roles.
  • Experience recruiting field leadership roles in the facilities services or retail sectors
  • Hands-on experience using and administering an applicant tracking system (Paradox strongly preferred).

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and recruiting reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in talent acquisition within a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Experience with ATS integrations, automation workflows, or conversational AI hiring tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding platforms.

Skills and Competencies

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence and build trust with all levels of management.

  • Problem solving: Proactive and analytical, with a process-oriented, operational mindset.
  • Systems thinking: Learns new tools quickly and uses data to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Customer focus: Committed to a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Working Conditions

Schedule: Regular weekly schedule; occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required to meet hiring needs.

Environment: Remote home-office setting. The role involves time-sensitive deadlines and periodic high-volume hiring.
