POSITION OVERVIEW -We are seeking a creative, data-driven Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Specialist to build and strengthen our talent brand and help drive qualified candidates into our recruiting pipeline. This role will own employer brand initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, our careers site, and other talent-facing channels. You’ll combine content marketing, social media, employer branding, recruiting marketing, and analytics to increase awareness of our company as an employer and generate a consistent flow of qualified applicants for priority roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Employer Brand & Talent Channel Strategy

  • Audit talent-facing channels, including LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, Indeed, the careers site, and employer search results.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure talent content is aligned with broader company messaging and social guidelines.
  • Establish baseline metrics for followers, career site traffic, applications, engagement, and employer ratings.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen our employer reputation and candidate experience across digital channels.

Plano & DFW Employer Awareness

  • Develop and execute an employer brand awareness strategy focused on attracting talent in the Plano and greater DFW market.
  • Build campaigns centered around employee voices, workplace culture, life at the Plano office, and priority hiring needs.
  • Create targeted content and promotional campaigns to support high-priority openings.
  • Identify relevant talent audiences and channels to increase awareness among candidates in the local market.
  • Support recruiting events, campaigns, and other initiatives designed to increase employer visibility.

Candidate Acquisition & Inbound Recruiting

  • Build and execute recruitment marketing programs designed to generate a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Partner with recruiters to identify priority roles, target talent pools, and determine appropriate campaign strategies.
  • Develop messaging, content, channel strategies, and promotional plans that balance application volume with candidate quality.
  • Analyze applicant source, cost per application, conversion rates, and candidate quality.

• Gather recruiter feedback and continuously optimize campaigns, targeting, and messaging based on hiring outcomes.

Employee-Voice & Social Content Program

  • Launch and manage a short-form video program featuring recruiters, hiring managers, and employees.
  • Develop content focused on open roles, team culture, employee experiences, and life in Plano.
  • Create repeatable video formats, script frameworks, filming guidelines, and a simple content-production toolkit.
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on-camera and help them consistently create authentic talent content.
  • Build and maintain a recruiting content calendar and shared content library.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure employee social sharing and recruiting content follow established company guidelines.
  • Partner with HR Culture to identify employee stories, culture initiatives, internal programs, and workplace moments that can translate into compelling external talent content.
  • Write and edit social copy, recruiting content, campaign messaging, and employee storytelling materials.

Measurement, Analytics & Optimization

  • Establish and maintain reporting on employer brand and recruitment marketing performance.
  • Track metrics including:

o Career site traffic
o Applications
o Cost per application
o Lead-to-application conversion
o Applicant source
o Applicant quality
o Recruiter inbound
o Employer ratings and reviews

  • Use data and recruiter feedback to continuously improve content, targeting, channels, and campaigns.
  • Recommend investments in paid media, events, technology, and other recruiting marketing initiatives.
  • Develop business cases that outline recommended spend, expected outcomes, and return on investment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing with a hiring/recruiting focus.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing employer brand or recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Portfolio demonstrating short-form video and social content that you have planned, produced, shot, or edited.
  • Experience auditing and improving employer brand channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and career sites.
  • Experience using digital channels to generate applications, leads, or candidate pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting CRM.
  • Experience with career page optimization, talent communities, candidate nurture, or source tracking; Greenhouse experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and talent-focused content creation.
  • Ability to coach recruiters, hiring managers, and other non-creators to confidently participate in video and social content.
  • Basic video editing capabilities using tools such as CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to recruiting and hiring outcomes.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and build new programs and processes from the ground up.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience running paid LinkedIn or other social media campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, search marketing, or email nurture campaigns.
  • Event marketing experience, including in-person or virtual recruiting events.
  • Experience working within a large enterprise, technology, consumer electronics, or similarly complex organization.
  • University recruiting or early-career talent marketing experience.
  • Experience with recruiting analytics, campaign attribution, or marketing automation.
