Position: Driver Recruiter

Location: Greer, SC

Pay Rate: $62,400k -72,800k/yr.

OpSource Direct is seeking a dependable, positive person to join our client as a Driver Recruiter. This person will report directly to the Senior Manager and GM. He or she will work to recruit and retain drivers and maintain a positive, highly energetic and productive work environment. They are a fast paced 24/7 operation dedicated to customer needs and ever changing logistical challenges. The Team is motivated to maintaining the highest standards and practices in the logistics industry and is dedicated to employee development.
Job Description / responsibilities

  • Actively pursue hiring potential CDL drivers under client guidelines.
  • Driver Orientation
  • Driver awareness and retention
  • Advertising – Driver outings
  • Driver training

Requirements

  • Must have background in Logistics / driver recruitment
  • Understanding of DOT guidelines
  • Preferred 4 year degree but not required
  • Coach, Teach and retain potential drivers and new hires
  • Ability to instruct driver testing
  • Ability to work off site, some after hours and weekends if required
  • Weekly Reporting Driver Status and Pipeline
