  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years managing and scaling a recruiting team. Strong people leadership skills — you know how to hire, coach, motivate, and grow a team of Talent Partners
  • Proven track record building or scaling a TA function, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech environment

  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable operating as a strategic partner to executives

What the job involves

  • We're looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to build, lead, and scale our recruiting function
  • This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll manage and grow a team of Talent Partners, own our end-to-end hiring strategy, and bring the process discipline needed to hire efficiently and predictably as we grow across the organization
  • You'll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to translate business goals into hiring plans, while building the systems, metrics, and playbooks that make recruiting a repeatable, scalable function rather than a series of one-off efforts
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners; set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and build a strong bench as headcount needs grow
  • Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth plans, hiring forecasts, and workforce planning
  • Establish scalable, repeatable recruiting processes — from intake and sourcing through offer and close — including standardized interview kits, scorecards, and hiring manager training
  • Own recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire, offer-accept rate, cost-per-hire) and use data to improve process and forecast hiring needs
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executives and hiring managers, guiding role scoping, leveling, comp benchmarking, and hiring decisions
  • Evaluate and optimize ATS and sourcing tools to increase team efficiency and candidate experience. This includes the use and adoption of AI tools
  • Ensure every candidate — hired or not — has a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects Fingerprint's brand and values. Help elevate Fingerprint's presence in the talent market
