About the Role
A Special Touch In-Home Care is hiring aCaregiver Recruiter to help us consistently attract, interview, and hire great caregivers (CNA, HHA, Direct Care Workers). This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on follow-up, relationship-building, and hitting weekly hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit caregivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
- Manage the pipeline: sourcing screening interviewing onboarding coordination
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep candidates moving
- Schedule interviews, reduce no-shows, and improve time-to-hire
- Refresh and optimize job postings to maintain strong applicant flow
- Track candidates and hiring activity accurately in our systems
- Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs
- Support recruiting events/open interview days as needed
- Updating New hire files and employee files in the agency's EMR

- Faster time-to-fill and better hiring quality

Qualifications
- 1+ year recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience (healthcare/home care preferred)
- Strong phone skills and comfort with frequent outbound outreach
- Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Comfortable working toward measurable goals (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in both locations weekly
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Home care staffing/recruiting experience
- Experience hiring CNAs/HHAs/DCWs
- Knowledge of local recruiting sources in West Virginia
