Tribute is looking for a motivated, organized, and relationship-focused Caregiver Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment.

A day in the life of a Caregiver Recruiter
In this role, you will manage Tribute's caregiver hiring process from application through onboarding, maintaining an active candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
This will be done by
- Reviewing applications, conducting phone screens and interviews, and communicating employment offers
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process with timely communication and consistent follow-up
- Sourcing and re-engaging candidates to expand the candidate pool
- Coordinating with internal teams to support hiring needs and a smooth transition for new Caregivers
- Tracking recruiting performance and identifying opportunities to improve hiring outcomes
This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home, with local travel to support hiring needs and occasional in-person meetings at our Framingham office.
Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a similar customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using recruiting technology and learning new systems
- Ability to travel locally and attend in-person meetings at our Framingham office as needed
